Standard terms and conditions

Following receipt and verification of payment for your order we endeavour to despatch the goods as early as possible. In many cases this will be the same day, if the order is placed early enough or, failing that, the next working day.

 

We will email you to let you know the progress of your order. If your item should be out of stock we we let you know right away, with an estimated delivery date if still required.

 

Orders over £100 are delivered free and there is a £4.95 handling and packing charge for orders under £100.

 

When the courier delivers your goods you will need to be at home to sign for your order. Please check for any damage. If the goods are damaged you will need to sign "DAMAGED" on the form. This covers us both in the unlikely event of a claim.

 

If you change your mind about the goods, or wish to cancel the order, we will accept cancellation or returns, at your own expense, for refund within 7 days provided they are in the original packaging, undamaged and in resaleable condition.

Most items have a manufacturers guarantee of 6 months, Mamas and Papas, Phil and Teds and Maclaren are 1 year and Bugaboo and Stokke a 2 year warranty.

 

This manufacturers guarantee does NOT cover accidental damage or misuse, however caused. So it is in your own interest to read the instructions and make sure everyone who is using the product is fully aware of how to operate it. This applies especially to open and closing mechanisms as this is a major cause of accidental damagewhich is NOT covered.

 

Any problems, we are at the end of the phone 6 days a week.

ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

 

In order to protect your security we regret that we must carry out additional anti-fraud checks in certain circumstances.

 

In particular, orders which request delivery to an address other than the billing address will be subject to additional verification and possible delay.

 

We try at all times to ensure a fast and efficient service and apologise in advance to those genuine customers who may be affected.
